INTRODUCTION
Dataone Asia (Thailand) Company Limited (“Dataone”) has a policy and determine to operate business in line with integrity, transparency, and honesty under the principles of sustainable development and good corporate governance. We make relationships with the suppliers and value to all stakeholders both internal and external. By realizing the Supply Chain Management covering the environment, society, and corporate governance which is the principle of risk management and opportunities for operating business sustainably along with the developing relationship with business partner to grow together. It leads to the provision of this Supplier Code of Conduct.
The supplier means distributor, contractor, service provider, lessor, or lessee who delivers the product or services to Dataone Asia (Thailand) Company Limited including Stakeholders both internal and external organizations, having the duties of reasonable communication, monitoring, and performance evaluation subject to the terms and policy of Dataone Asia (Thailand) Company Limited including in line with the international standard to grow together.
To make develop in Dataone supply chain continuously, Dataone expects the suppliers under Dataone supply chain to take the principle and aspects as specified in the Supplier Code of Conduct.

1. Business Ethics

The supplier will perform as relative law and regulation with adherence to honesty, transparency, Ethics, and accountability including will not involve any illegal action and/or corruption risks whether wholly and/or partially.

Trade Barriers
The Supplier will perform to any party with responsibility and honesty, including giving widely the opportunity to trade competition in equivalent, including operating business under the framework of good and honest competition.

Confidentiality
​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ All business information, Confidential information, or Stakeholder Information belonging to Dataone. The Supplier agrees to safeguard any information of the Company in Confidentiality and not to disclose, publish, copy, repeat, or refer. Unless given a written notice from Dataone.

Report disclosure and Supplier document
​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ The Supplier shall disclose any information and show evidence or certificate as specified by law with validity, transparency, and comprehension.

Observing the law
​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ The supplier conduct business under the relative law or regulation of intellectual property right. Being aware of such importance, Observing the other intellectual property, and taking care to infringe the intellectual property right that may arise.

Conflict of Interest
​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ Dataone adheres to integrity and ethics in business conduct. It is also expected that the supplier shall not undertake or carry out any acts for their own benefit or acts which will cause conflicts in Dataone interest. Moreover, the supplier shall not act for their own benefit or support interest to any person of Dataone to close their positions that may arise conflicts of interest or interest between the supplier and Dataone personnel.
2. Labor Practice and Human Rights

Labor Practice
The supplier and Stakeholder shall conform to the labor laws and be in line with the Universal of Human Rights Principle, such as the International Labor Organization (ILO), United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UNUDHR) and Ruggie Principles, etc. Notwithstanding if there are any necessary to hire a child or young employee under age criteria as specified by law, a female Employee who is pregnant, disabled, crippled, and Migrant Worker. The supplier shall conform as specified by labor laws completely.

Non-Discrimination
The supplier and Stakeholders shall equally conform all of the employees regarding Human rights without discrimination. It may cause a difference in race, skin color, nationality, religion, gender, age, education, citizen rights, sexual value, disabled, or the other things as specified by the regional law of supplier which is effective throughout the employment contract.

Non-labor enforcement
The Supplier and Stakeholder shall not force or support labor enforcement including body punishment, threat, tort, human trafficking, or violence whether in any form.

Wage, fair benefit, and the period of work
The supplier and stakeholders must to employment standards and termination of employment and performing to the laws and regulations. The supplier and stakeholder shall perform to the laws about working hours including working days, overtime working, and reasonable hour management without employees working longer than the laws unless the employee’s prior consent is obtained on each occasion, and must not manage Holiday and leave day less than the labor law. The supplier and stakeholders must conduct reasonable wage management according to their level of ability, including the wage payment, overtime Pay, Holiday Overtime Pay, and welfare that employees should receive in properly and fairly at the rate specified by law and on time.
3. Occupational Health and Safety

The Supplier, Dataone and Stakeholder shall strictly conform Occupational Safety,
Health and Environment Act, laws, rules and the relevant regulation throughout monitoring to prevent or alter any cause linked to unsafe life, sanitation, property, and environment and lead to reasonable sustainable development.

Safety and working conditions
The Supplier and Stakeholders shall provide safe working conditions for all employees and provide any infrastructure about Management, facilities, first aid kit, reasonable working area, safety, and sanitation to reduce and control accidents risk and impact on health linked to unsafe working conditions. Being aware of such importance, The Supplier and Stakeholders shall prepare and establish guidelines for emergency controlling to reduce any damages directly and indirectly.

Personal Protective Equipment
The Supplier and Stakeholders shall prepare reasonable Personal Protective Equipment, and be available to use safety standards and manufacturer recommendations to all of the relevant persons are safe and support protective equipment in the working area during operations at all times.
4. Environment

Environment Management
The Supplier and Stakeholder shall conduct a business operation with the environment, laws, regulations, rules, and environmental standards at the international level or the same. The supplier, Dataone and Stakeholder must have the policy or any measures to use any resources throughout the process on Supply Chain Standard effectively. For example, the process of product delivery according to the standards on environmental management concerning the manufacture, storage, and delivery of the product and Service to Dataone’s
The Supplier and Stakeholder shall conform own operating business concerning the environmental impact and have a protection measure, alteration, and reduction measure to pollution impact that may arise in effectively including support the personnel to using the environment in reasonable and efficiency.

Eco-friendly
Dataone will aim that the Supplier chooses the product and service in eco-friendly and beware of any action to environmental impact.
The Supplier and Stakeholders encourage to maintain the environment and use the resources effectively including corporate with Dataone for supporting sustainable development about the environment, such as manufacturing improvement to Greenhouse Gas reduction, etc.
The Supplier and Stakeholder must have any measure for choosing the distributor and Sub-contractors to ensure environmental responsibility throughout Supply Chain. The Supplier shall inform that if there is using any hazardous substances or chemicals affecting the environment on manufactory or services throughout the hazardous waste management in line with specified law and have no impact on communities and society.

Social Development Participation
The Supplier and Stakeholder shall encourage a conscious business operation with social responsibility, respect for local cultures, and quality of life improvement as opportunity and suitability including support product and service procurement from local suppliers that there is standard and can make jobs, and revenues to drive communities. Such action shall mutually affect benefits and lead to sustainable development at both local and national levels.
Guideline of Supplier Code of Conduct Practice
1. Communication with the Supplier Code of Conduct
​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ The supplier shall communicate the content of the Supplier Code of Conduct to the employee, supplier, sub-contractor, and Stakeholder to improve Purchasing procurement including providing morality and a sustainable supply chain.
2. Supplier Code of Conduct Management
2.1 Dataone expects that the supplier will provide and maintain system management, policy, performance procedure, communication, audit, and reasonable control. To Supplier Code of Conduct is the most efficient.
2.2 The supplier will show the Supplier Code of Conduct Practice. Upon is requested by Dataone, the supplier can clarify that the supplier Code of Conduct Practice is correct and reasonable. To audit the progress of the suppliers, sub-contractors, and stakeholders.
2.3 Dataone may have various audit or evaluation plans. To evaluate the supplier, sub-contractor, and stakeholder according to the Supplier Code of Conduct Practice, and the supplier goes along with Dataone in totally.
2.4 Dataone shall support the supplier to provide the Supplier Code of Conduct’s supplier and communicate with the Supplier. To Supply Chain is developed continuously.
3. Reporting Concern
3.1 The supplier will provide the channel contact to report incidents or concerns. Such report procedures must be transparent and accessible.
3.2 The supplier will report Dataone concerning any circumstances or causes that arise to the Supplier Code of Conduct Practice.
Contacting Channels, Whistle Blowing, and Hearing
All supplier is entitled to ask for any information, whistleblowing, or complain about any action that breaches business ethics or believe that breach the rule, regulation, code of conduct, or corporate governance policy. The supplier can inform and/or complain with any evidence as channel following;

4. Termination
If the supplier breaches this Supplier Code of Conduct or may be found that material breach and impact on the operating business, the supplier shall be terminated on the approved Vendor List of Dataone’s procurement.
Acknowledgement of Supplier Code of Conduct Form
The supplier has read and understands the supplier code of conduct for sustainable development and is ready to perform the supplier code of conduct including keeping evidence and delivering as requested by Dataone. The supplier allows to Dataone evaluate the supplier performance according to the intent of the supplier code of conduct.
