ระบบ Card Management System เป็นระบบบริหารจัดการการออกบัตร ATM ที่เป็นแถบแม่เหล็กและบัตร EMV โดยได้มีการออกแบบในลักษณะของ Web based application ที่รองรับการทำงานตั้งแต่กำหนดประเภทบัตร สร้างข้อมูลบัตรกับฮาร์ดแวร์ HSM และรหัสบัตร ATM การบริหารจำนวนบัตรในระบบ จนถึงการผูกบัตร ออกบัตรทดแทน และอายัดบัตร/ยกเลิกบัตร ให้กับลูกค้าของธนาคาร เพื่อการบริหารจัดการบัตรแบบครบวงจร ซึ่งมีการทำงานประสานกันของระบบย่อยต่างๆ โดย CCMS ยังมีบริการสำหรับ monitor บัตร และระบบ รวมทั้งยังสามารถออกรายงานเพื่อการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหาร
